North Goa at its most unhurried, with the entire villa looked after so you don’t lift a finger.

We loved this villa! It is well located and easy to find yet private and peaceful. It is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The pool area is a great spot to hang out and chill. Akhtar, the caretaker, is the kindest soul you'll meet and will help you with all your needs during the stay. Jairaj is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.
It's a great place, with plenty of common spaces to relax. The location is pretty good with multiple cafes and restaurants within a 10-15 min drive. Rooms were clean and there was a staff member always available at the property.
Hidden gem, with all the privacy you need. The place, the staff, the host are exceptional. This place is a safe and secure wonderland. I'd be coming back to this place for sure.

The stay was amazing and it was worth staying here. All the facilities were provided and in terms of property it's a luxurious villa — according to me there is no other option better than this in Goa.
